For external use only. Apply cream to chest, neck, breasts, abdomen, inner arms &
thighs. Its recommended to apply one location for each application.
When to Use:
- If you have experienced changes in your period cycle, hot flashes, sleep disturbances,
fatigue, weight gain difficulty concentrating, slow metabolism, thinning hair, dry
skin, loss of breast fullness, vaginal dryness and mood swings.
- If You Haven’t Had A Period For Several Months
- I f you need to Reduce the Occurrence Of Menopausal Symptoms
How to Use:
- Counting from the first day of your period
- On the 7th day start applying 0.5g twice a day.
- Then from Day 20 to Day 28 increase to 1.25g
- Stop on Day 28.
- Once your period arrives, start again from day 7
If you havn't had a period for over 12 months.
- For 2 months use 0.5g twice a day.
- If you are still suffering from hot flushes and night sweats, you might want to
rub a little extra cream into the insides of your wrists whenever these occur.
- After 2 months - Create a cycle, start on 7th day of each month. Apply 0.5g morning
and night then from the 20th to the end of the month increase to 1.25g.
- Stop on the 28th.
